The accommodation is a traditional Greek cottage, with great care taken to retain the charm and character after complete renovation. It has a large enclosed terrace where in Greek style it is anticipated one would spend time relaxing or eating at the dining table (with seating for four). From here there are views across the village to the sea and mountains. The property itself comprises a living room/kitchen with bed settee (sleeps two), two ring stove, fridge, small oven and grill, kettle and toaster. Air-conditioning unit. There is a twin bedroom leading to a modern, tiled bathroom with a toilet (which has plumbing capable of coping with toilet paper). There are lovely views from the windows. There is parking outside the property. The property is in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village of Asini within walking distance of the village centre.

Asini is traditional farming village 1.5 km from Tolo beach and 1.5 km from the resort/fishing village of Tolo. It is also only 7 km from the venetian town of Nafplion. Asini has a few shops (grocers, bakery and butchers), cafes and tavern as. Behind the property the ground rises up to the spectacular Asini Mountain with a chapel at the top and breath-taking views of the surrounding area. Tolo beach is a long stretch of golden sand with Tolo vilage at one end with shops, cafes and waterside tavern as. Napflion has a beautiful old town with sophisticated shops, cafes and restaurants. From here there are ferry and other excursions available. There is also the famous Palamidi Fortress, Akronafpli Fortress and the island fortress of Bourtzi.In May/June there is a classical music festival. At Easter there is a candlelit procession. There are numerous other ancient sites in the area including Ancient Asini,Mycenae and Tyrina. At Epidauras there is a classical drama festival in July/Aug.

very clean accurate discription in a farming village close to tolo and naflio lovely sandy beaches also lots of archaelogy sites to visit owner was very helpfull and could not do enough only down side was air conditioning was not working although we were provided with a fan we will recommend to friends

Having just returned from a weeks holiday at this property we have only one regret, that it was only for one week.

Very comfortable both within and without, surrounded by the village but not overwhelmed by it. Excellent position for the wonderful beaches at Tolo, Asini, Drepano and the lovely inlet at Vivari and, in our case, more importantly, for the many historical sites at Mycenae, Midea, Dendra and Asini itself and not forgetting Nafplio PLUS lots more!
