Arbor Cottage is within walking distance of great restaurants, specialty wine and grocery stores, and fine art galleries.

All furnishings were purchased within the last two years as new or new antiques. Fans are provided in all the bedrooms (although the evenings are generally cool in Maine during the summer). High-speed wireless broadband included. Distant harbor view. Beautiful gardens. Non-smoking property. Unlimited US long-distance telephone. Weekly housekeeping services included for multiweek stays.
