Less than 15 minutes from all the Disney theme parks and between 20 and 25 minutes from Universal Studios & Sea World, the property is ideally situated to enjoy the full range of family entertainment in the Orlando area. Both the west coast and the east coast of Florida are within easy driving distance, with Tampa, St Petersberg & Clearwater on the west coast and Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre on the east coast, well worth a visit. The villa has easy major road access to the area around Orlando and is conveniently located for Orlando International airport, which is approximately 35 minutes away.

The Property.: The two-storey property has been designed to maximise space, with high ceilings and light coloured walls generating a feeling of openness, whilst maintaining much needed privacy by having separate areas for entertainment & relaxation. It has two distinct living areas each with their own dining tables, so that the children can have space of their own and play to their hearts content or watch television, whilst their parents can relax, uninterrupted at the end of a “long” tiring day. NEW from March 2006 - A Games Room has been installed in the garage for use by our guests, containing a Pool Table, Table Soccer Table ( Foosball ) and Dart Board.

Golf.: For the golfing enthusiast, the villa is in close proximity to over 60 courses, including several award winning PGA Golf courses, many of which are open to the public and can be booked over the phone.

Safety.: For your safety, the villa has been fitted with smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency lighting, to give warning or assist in safe evacuation should the need arise.
