Can Pericot consist of a main restores farmhouse converted in three independent apartments and an old barn restored as a fourth independent apartment.

Each house can accommodate 2 to 8 people and has central heating.

Can Pericot has a semi-heated outdoor pool (has an increase of 3 to 4ºC) and private car park for each apartment.

The apartments of the main house are El Graner (The Granary), Casa dels Avis (Grandparents' home) and El Celler (The Cellar). The old barn is called La Païssa.

El Celler is located on the ground floor of the house. This authentic “masia” has conserved its rustic charm, maintaining vaulted Catalan arches and carved stone windows. The reception area has a hall open to the dining room area; to the right there’s the quadruple room, at the far end ono double bedroom en-suite and to the left the fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you access the beautiful living room and the second double room and bathroom. The house has its own porch area with a barbeque to enjoy dinners “al fresco”.

Casa dels Avis occupies the middle floor of the house. We must highlight the original stone walls and rustic finishes that give the house a special charm. It has a modern fitted kitchen, a large living/dining room of 30 m², a double room en-suite, a quadruple room with tow bunk beds, another double bedroom and a second bathroom. Outside there’s a barbecue and private space with a table and chairs to enjoy the warm summer evenings.

El Graner at the top of the house is ideal for couples with o without children. It has a spacious bedroom en suite of 30 m² with a possibility of a double sofa-bed; this room has air conditioning. The second doublé bedroom is about 40 m² with possibility of two single folding beds and an independent bathroom with a bath and a shower. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, has a fire place and opens to a big sunny terrace with a set of a garden table and chairs and a fantastic view of the Empordà.

La Païssa is the old barn of the village house. It is ideal for two couples with children. This apartment is distributed over three levels. The ground floor has been intended for fully equipped kitchen and living room/ dining room; it has a bathroom. On the middle floor there are two double bedrooms and the second bathroom. Upstairs on the top floor there’s the quadruple room with four single beds. Like the other apartments, is has an outdoor space on the ground floor with a table, chairs and a barbecues for the exclusive use of the apartment’ guests.
