This condo offers luxury and tranquility for every guest seeking the magic of Kauai. Our second (top) floor end unit offers perfect privacy with tranquil ocean views and Bali Hai sunsets... Sit out on the lanai and watch the whales play or walk down paths to many beautiful beaches. Guests will also enjoy lovely private gated swimming pools, hot tub and BBQ’s. Each bedroom (with very comfortable beds) suite has its own private bathroom, which come equipped with plush towels and personal hairdryers.

This Ali'i Kai II Condo is perfect for families, and we offer a DVD and CD library for kids and adults alike. Our pool area even has a keiki (kids) pool. We provide boogey boards and tennis rackets, beach towels and beach chairs. There are 2 TVs, and the DSL line (with Wireless router) is conveniently located for easy hook-up of your personal laptop.

There is so much to do here, and your activities, from Luau's to Ziplining, can be arranged at our Registration Office at your convenience.

Lovely property with exceptional service!

We stayed in this lovely condo for 4 days in early August. We were very pleased with the quality and comfort it offered, as well the Princeville area features. The owners put a lot of attention into maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetics of the property, something you are not always guaranteed in a hotel, however upscale. We felt very at home!

We found the northern parts to be the loveliest in Kauai, with its lush, verdant landscapes and breathtaking vistas. Princeville is proximal to the charming town of Hanalei and the gorgeous Napali coast - an absolute must-see. We also loved that the condo was adjacent to one of the most magnificent golf courses, as well as a great spa and fitness center.

Perhaps the best advantage of this condo is the exceptional attention and concern provided by the owners. They were terrific about responding promptly to any questions we had about the property and the area, and did everything possible to make our stay relaxing and pleasurable. Thank you!!

HAPPIEST HONEYMOON SPOT!

What a FABulous Honeymoon we had at this Beautiful condo, and what a PERFECT way to start our life together. Lynne and Dennis thought of and provided everything we might desire! All We Needed and Wanted Was There

Beautifully furnished and in a great location with a shopping center near by and 20 minutes from the famous (or infamous) Kalalau Valley Trail. There is no beach access from the condo complex, but best north shore beaches are just 5-10 mins away by car. We will definetely consider coming back! It felt like home. The condo has all the little gadgets you will ever need around the house, as well coolers/boogie boards/beach chairs for outside fun.

Great Place

Our family had a great time in Kauai. We loved staying in such a beautiful, clean condo. It was quiet and peaceful with a view of the ocean and pool. We found having the extra beach towels, boogie boards, chairs and coolers a plus. We used them every day. We cooked breakfast every morning and made picnic lunches for each day. It was great to have a kitchen with all the amenities. We managed to do a lot in 5 days....snorkeling, boogie boarding, hiking, kayaking, and just relaxing.
We ate in Hanelai every night at restaurants which Lynne and Dennis recommended. Our favorite was the Thai Nui.......entertainment, Mai tai's and great food.
We would definitely recommend Lynne and Dennis's condo to anyone.

Romantic Honeymoon!

As Honeymooners, my husband and I were looking for a beautiful, first-class, private condo, and we are so happy we chose this home! The pictures on the website are beautiful, but the condo is even more beautiful than the photos! The view is incredible, the amenities are first-class, and the beds were so comfy... We had such a wonderful time, and we can't wait to return!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
