Experience Tahoe Living at our sunny and spacious Bear's Lair. Located only 1.5 miles from Tahoe City on the majestic Westshore, our home is perfect for families and fun. The Great Room flows into the large, bright kitchen complete with 5 large windows looking out into the conservancy land. Our home features cathedral ceilings, 2 fireplaces, open floor design, and skylights. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The private master suite, located on the main floor, has its own fireplace, mini refrigerator and wet bar, and entry. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms and the loft area. Our private homeowners association beach is located less than a mile away, a few minutes in the car. Enjoy the beach, piers, BBQ, volleyball, children's play area, horseshoes, and lawn all day. And soak up Tahoe's ambiance in your very private, new, luxury 50 hydro massage jet spa located on the back deck under the sparkling Sierra stars. Locally owned and managed.

Beautiful Paige meadows, Truckee River or the homeowners beach are just a few minutes away from our house. World class mountain biking and hiking, beautiful vistas and scenery are out the back door.
