You will enjoy this entirely renovated, delightful studio only one and a half blocks away from the cobblestones of lower Main Street. Very cozy for a couple or singles! The studio is well equipped with high end appliances, washer/dryer, air conditioner, flat screen TV. Everything brand new this Spring! Gleaming hardwood floors, wainscoting on walls, new kitchen, new bathroom, new everything! High end kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher and microwave. The unit is part of a four unit wood frame building set back about 40 feet from the flagpole on Washington Street. There is an attractively landscaped driveway. All you could hope for; shops, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops are within a very short and lovely walk (1 minute). If you prefer to have a car let us know, as there may be one parking space available if it hasn't already been reserved.

Location is everything! The cozy studio is just over a block from the cobblestones of lower Main Street, on 17a Washington Street. It is in town and is a very close walk to everything...shops, restaurants, beaches, the ferry, grocery store, museums, and NRTA Shuttle bus.

live in the heart of Nantucket town!: This studio is finishing complete gut renovations. We will be complete this Spring of 2008. The location is ideal but the units are small one room (plus bathroom) studios...only 20 feet by 13 feet. The floors are hardwood with an attractive wooden medallion inlay in the center. There is parking available if you reserve early.
