Our family of six (four boys) stayed in the first two weeks of August. The cottage is newly remodelled and spotlessly clean, definitely a home rather than a rental, with every last detail taken care of. The location is absolutely ideal. We visited all the local beaches but kept coming back to 'our' beach, which was always quiet. The whale watching trip from Barnstable was everyone's highlight - definitely a 'must see'. Thanks to Maureen and Jeff's perfect organisation all arrangements worked smoothly. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

We stayed in this very clean, updated house in August, 2006. We were joined by our two sons and their small families. The accommodations were more than we hoped and the home had every possible amenity. The only things we needed were groceries! The private beach was wonderful and the owners were very helpful and nice. We hope to be back!

My husband and I rented this property in mid July. We were so very pleased by its convenience to the beach and its delightful decor. The house was spotlessly clean and lovingly cared for. Our son and his family came for four days and everyone had a ball. It is centrally located close to town and the port at Hyannis. It is a private beach, so it is not crowded. The owners are a delight to work with. We would highly recommend this property as a rental to anyone looking for a wonderful Cape Cod beach experience.

My husband and I stayed here in the beginning of June. What a charming home. It has every amenity you could ask for - even a lobster pot! The decor is beautiful - very beachy. Great outdoor shower in the fenced yard - a nice convenience for when you return from the sandy beach which is just a few steps away! There's even a wonderful little grocery store within walking distance that makes gourmet sandwiches. This home makes you feel like you're staying with friends or family (who have good taste). Not a typical beach rental at all.
