Elegant Lake George Home/Estate with room for 1 to 44 guests. Beautiful sunset views, swimming pool, and lakeside tranquility 12 minutes from Lake George Village. No direct lake access on the property itself but a 23' boat dock (4 min. drive from house) is available for rent at $500/week (No swimming at dockside). Lake George Village, Million Dollar Beach, Great Escape, water parks, outlets are only a 12-minute car ride away. Two original barns on premises, newly-renovated cottage, 16 x 32 foot pool with diving board, large deck, two gazebos, fish pond, outdoor bar/deck area, and full-size clay tennis court. Gorgeous lake view (please note again that there is a beautiful view, but no direct access to the property itself). This property can accommodate from 1 to 44 guests (where up to 24 guests can sleep in beds and 20 additional guests can sleep on futons). Perfect spot for family reunions. We cannot accomodate after-prom parties on this property. 5 night min.for ranch on holidays.

    Nearby Exclusive & Private Ledge Home - (with exquisite 180 degree sunset view on a high ledge - 3 minute car ride) for up to 4 responsible adults over 30 ONLY - Absolutely no children on the premises - 1 bedrm (2 twin beds), 1 bath, 1 office with QN futon (only 1-4 tenants with one to two cars are allowed on this unique property at a time) - $600 per night (3 night minimum)
  • Rental of the entire estate for up to 50 people, including large Main Ranch House (sleeps up to 20), Barn/Country Home (sleeps up to 16), Cottage (sleeps up to 10) and Private Ledge Home (sleeps up to 4 adults over 30 only), is available.
