Lush landscaping and Florida cottage architecture sets the tone for the quaint community of Bungalows at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This luxury three bedroom, three and a half bath home features a large open-plan family room and kitchen with high ceilings, crown molding, designer custom cabinetry, GE Profile appliances, granite counter tops with breakfast bar and distinctive hardware. Two sets of French doors open onto a large 10'x20' screened porch. The master bedroom is on the first level while two large guest bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, are upstairs. Neighborhood pool and putting green are directly across the street. Short bike ride to Sandestin's beautiful beaches, Marina, Tennis Center, the Village at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard.
