Ocean Terrace is a small, intimate condominium complex (only 11 units) nestled on a hill on the southeastern shore of Anguilla, offering spectacular panoramic views of St. Martin, St. Barths and St. Kitts. Our spacious two bedroom unit consists of more than 1,500 square feet of space with two private terraces overlooking the Caribbean. The condo comes with daily maid service, air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, spacious living and dining area, walk-in closet, cable TV and high speed wireless Internet access. Ocean Terrace is only minutes from spectacular Shoal Bay East and there is also a fresh water outdoor pool and a well equipped fitness room on site for you to enjoy. Can't wait to return

We stayed at Ocean Terrace for the first time in February 2009 and have already booked another trip for February 2010. We loved everything about Ocean Terrace, the condo was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and had amazing views of the ocean, St. Martin and the islands beyond. The condo was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The two huge balconies are a heavenly place to sip coffee in the morning or relax and read in the afternoon while taking in the incredible views.

Bob was very helpful in making our reservation and offering us advice on our trip, I feel like we have made a friend although we've never met. He went over and above for us and even made sure we had some snacks as well as breakfast and coffee for the next morning as we had arrived late at night.

Once we arrived, Ambrose and Paula were the perfects hosts and made us feel right at home. It was great to chat with them as we were coming and going throughout the day and get tips about what to do on the island.

We travelled with our two children and I have to say the condo was perfect for a family with plenty of room to relax and spread out. The kids loved exploring the grounds, swimming in the pool and playing with Ambrose's two adorable little dachshunds.

We are counting the days until our next visit and can't wait to return.

Breathtaking views!

We've been to Anguilla twice and stayed at Ocean Terrace both times. There is no place on the island that is more comfortable, friendly, and reasonable than OT. OT is clean, the beds are amazingly comfortable, the views breathtaking, and the air conditioning and other creature comforts work perfectly!

The staff on the grounds are amazing and incredibly responsive and Bob will take it upon himself to ensure that you have a wonderful time. He knows and will recommend the best restaurants, beaches, and tour operators on the island and will make sure that you get the best deals.

We Keep Going Back

We have stayed on 10 other Caribbean islands and Anguilla is our favorite. In 2010, we will enjoy our fourth consecutive year at Bob's Ocean Terrace condo - so that says it all about how much we like Anguilla, the onsite developers/managers-Ambrose and Paula, the top floor condo, and the great people of Anguilla. The view from the condo is spectacular and the central location makes it ideal for enjoying all of the fantastic beaches and restaurants on the island.

Thank you, Bob, for renting your beautiful condo to us. We spent 15
wonderful days at Ocean Terrace on our 11th visit to Anguilla. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and very clean with many amenities. The view of St. Martin is awesome.

Ambrose and Paula are so hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Ambrose makes the best rum punch and kept us well supplied.

We look forward to returning to Ocean Terrace in 2010 for trip #12 to
Anguilla, our favorite island.

Great Island and Accomodations

We found the people on Anguilla to be some of the nicest people we have ever met and we have traveled extensively. Our stay at Ocean Terrace in March 09 was a great experience from the pre-booking stage to the very end. Bob was great to deal with, gave us much needed information before our booking and guided us through our travels. My husband and I appreciated Bob's call after our arrival to make sure everything was as expected.

Ambrose and Paula eased our arrival with a welcome carafe of rum punch and a guided tour of the property. The view from our unit could not possibly be improved, with nothing between us and the water. Our condo unit was upscale and very modern. The rooms were generously sized and quiet.
