Description of the North Lake vacation house rental

This private 3 acre beach home boasts a white sandy beach at your doorstep. Relax in comfort on the new patio furnishings on the wrap-around deck overlooking unobstructed views of Prince Edward Island's coast. Comb the beach for shells or take a leisurely stroll down to East Point Lighthouse. The interior has new appliances and quality furnishings for your comfort. The North Lake area is known for its picturesque deep sea fishing (tuna) village, whale watching and beautiful sunrises. Local activities include golfing, antiquing, kayak tours, water skiing and cycling. Don't forget to take in some of the local musical entertainment and festivals. The sandy beach is private- you won't see another house from the beach. It's great for morning seal watching, noon swims and afternoon marshmallow roasting. If it's food you're after, take advantage of the many local dining restaurants serving up what they are famous for- lobster dinners. We hope you get to enjoy a stay at our home. Paul & Tammy

White sandy beach and seal watching at your back door. 3 minutes to East Point Lighthouse 5 minutes to general store, antiquing, Elmira Train Museum Station and North lake Harbour for Deep Sea Fishing (Tuna), Whale Watching, Seal Watch and other boating activities. 10 to 15 minutes to Red Point Provincial Park, Basin Head Fisheries Museum, Kayak Tours, and the town of Souris for shopping and dining. 45 minutes to renowned golf courses. 90 minutes to Anne of Green Gables, Amusement Park, Water Park, Ripley's Museum, Northumberland Ferry and Charlottetown.
