Just steps from restaurants (Chili's, Tony Romas, etc.) and Shopping (Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Dior, Ferragamo, etc.). Car rental agency on premises. Public transportation available. Private building with parking and controlled access security. Located in the heart of Condado, San Juan's most upscale tourist area just 5 minutes to Old San Juan, Cruise Pier and the new Convention Center. All major credit card payments accepted through our property management company.

Condado is an upscale tourist and residential area featuring hotels, casinos, nightlife venues, dining and shopping. The newly created boardwalks of 'Ventanas del Mar' are open air plazas that provide public access to its beautiful beaches as well as feature outdoor cafés and boutique stores. Dining out will never be a problem since the area is known for being the place for fine dining in the most renowned local restaurants while also offering more casual options such as Chili's and Tony Roma's. Since Condado is also a residential area, you will have easy access to many services such as pharmacies, hair salons, spas, water activities rentals, bike rentals and mini markets. The Condado Plaza Hotel hosts one of the island's most popular Casinos for those who enjoy gambling. The newly opened Convention Center and the Puerto Rico Museum of Art are also located in the Condado area. A splendid apartment at a splendid price.

The apartment is very spacious and carries all the modern conviencies. We had an excellent view of the beach and we were in the heart of everything. Most of all the price was just right.

I'll recommend this apartment to anyone who enjoys a mixture of serenity, shopping and simply having fun.

I loved this apartment! It was in an amazing location and the views were incredible. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom and the washer/dryer were extremely convenient. The living space was perfect for two people and will definitely be returning next year. Thank you for the accommodation!!

Not the lap of luxury, but manageable

Pros: Excellent location and amazing views from all rooms, in suite laundry is so helpful when going to the beach, two fabulous beaches in walking distance. Cons: no AC in living area, kitchen is not very clean and full of ants, rooms are a little dark, internet access is touch and go, linens have markings. Not bad for the price, but probably would not stay here again even though the view is unmatchable. Got allergies every morning and ants in our food.
Owner's Response: Apartment is throughly cleaned before arrival and at departure of each tenant. No previous complaints with cleanliness from any of our previous tenants. Inspection of apartment after tenant vacated didn't show a plague or infestation of ants and again have received no previous complaints in this regard. Wireless internet access is available as advertised but speed and accesability is dependant on user's computer capabilities. A/C is not advertised for the living room, only the bedroom, but is not necessary considering this is an oceanfront penthouse unit with floor to ceiling sliding windows. Apartment is nicely appointed with an excellent location at an affordable price. If luxurious accomodations and facilities are needed, San Juan offers great options such as the Ritz Calton, La Concha, El San Juan Hotel & the Caribe Hilton all at $300 + a night during the dates this tenant stayed with us. Our property is an affordable alternative offering the comforts of home in a safe, clean building and great location.
