Visit our newly renovated studio, with a beautiful view of downtown Condado, and the ocean from your 8th floor balcony. Condado has long been considered one of the more upscale areas in Puerto Rico; everything is at your fingertips. Feeling lucky? Try one of the many casinos. Hungry? There are many fine restaurants or several excellent places to try the local cuisine. Your Spanish not quite up to par? Not to worry, everyone speaks English or Spanish. This condo is 15 minutes from the airport. It has 24 hr security It is available for long or short term rental The apartment has A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, VCR and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a queen size bed and a queen futon, Laundry facilities and a pool are available on the premises and has a wireless computer setup throughout. The beach is just a short block away.

Stood here two weeks with my mother and daughter. The Apt. is fully equipped with everything I needed. Laundry, swimming pool, AC and parking which was great!!!! Convenient location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. I recommended this place to a coworker who rented it for spring break and loved it. When I visit Puerto Rico I will definately stay there if the dates are available!! I highly recommend to all!!
