Secluded cottage (three bedrooms) set back on 2 and 1/2 acres of pine trees and a beautiful rock quarry. Partial mountain views yet only six minutes from the heart of town (Woodstock). Totally renovated 1924 house with a beautiful large quarry stone fireplace, cherry hard wood floors and wood burning iron stove. Glass enclosed porch with streaming sunlight and beamed ceilings were featured in the New York Times 'escape section'. Beautifully decorated with an eastern flair for a real retreat feel. Modern eat-in kitchen and cozy queen sized beds, washer, dryer. 6 minutes from the town of Woodstock with great film festival in the summer, art, music scene, restaurants, crafts, hiking and horse back riding, swimming close by. Skate on a nearby lake, cross country ski. Only 20 minutes from Hunter and Bellayre for great skiing. Separate Children's playhouse on property.
