Play tennis at the Mauna Lani Racquet Club which has 3 of the 6 courts lighted for cooler evening play. Work out at the Spa and Sports Fitness Club or take many of the classes they offer. The pool has lanes for swimming laps. Mauna Lani also has a private gated Beach Club with a restaurant. The town home is located on the Fourth Fairway of the North Course and has been beautifully decorated by an interior designer. Enjoy the sunsets from the two covered lanais. It is 700 yards to the beautiful Fairmont Orchid Hotel which has public beach access to a beautiful white sand beach, water sports, and exquisite dining. The Mauna Lani Resort has10 restaurants and 5 lounges with live Hawaiian music almost nightly. Enjoy the self guided walking tour featuring archaeological sites with petroglyphs, historic park land, and the Kalahuipuaa Fishponds. It is a 5 minute drive to Hapuna Beach which has the best body-surfing and boogie boarding on the island. MaunaLani Shops have just opened with 3 restaurants, Starbucks and it is walking distance from the townhome. Waikoloa Shopping center is only 5 minutes with more restaurants. Numerous other golf courses within 10 minutes. Close by is the Hilton Waikoloa where you can swim with the dolphins.

Property listing very accurate. Communication with owner excellent. Great location for day trips. Found accomodations very comfortable for family of five. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere with calming views. Children enjoyed pool facilities. Easy driving from Kona airport (even at night) with provided directions. Amenities exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended property!

This property is situated in a well-maintained gated community, with close access to golf, private and public beach, and shopping. The near-by pool and jacuzzi is quiet, seldom overly occupied, and very clean. The condo is well equipped with all of your needs, well decorated, and very spacious. Close-in parking, as well as a garage is a plus. Great restaurants and ample shopping are very close and the patio is very private with a great view. Just a short walk for whale-watching. If you like a private peaceful setting in a great location you will enjoy this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay in this exceptionally well
furnished and beautifully decorated townhouse. The
gourmet kitchen, outdoor BBQ and extra amenities
are wonderful. There are several outstanding
bodysurfing and snorkeling beaches a short drive
away, as well as shopping, great restaurants and
golf courses. Would highly recommend this
property for a fabulous stay.

This town home is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed here for 5 nights with our son, his wife, and their 1 yr old son. We were able to spend quality time together at the town home, trek 5 minutes to some of the best beaches on the island (Hapuna, Mauna Kea, 69 Beach in addition to those at Mauna Lani), and enjoy the many fabulous restaurants and shops nearby. The pool and fitness room were also excellent and we enjoyed them both. The kitchen is FULLY equipped as are the bedrooms, baths and beach equipment. We typically are people who like to "Travel" (see the sights) rather than "vacation." This unit is perfect for both and 5 nights was not enough time to enjoy it all. We look forward to returning here on a regular basis over the coming years. Here's hoping the owner continues to rent it out; that means take care of the place when you go so the owners don't get discouraged! Enjoy!

We loved this townhome! We were in Hawaii for the Ironman and found that the home was a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of Kona, although Kona is an easy 20 minute drive away. We golfed twice--the two courses are absolutely stunning! The home has everything you would need--gourmet kitchen, great BBQ on the porch, washer/dryer. In short, we felt like we were in our own home! Loved it! Thanks so much.
