This relative new condo comes with a fireplace, cable TV, washer and dryer, one and 1/2 baths, and a deck with panoramic view of lake Winnepesaukee. Condo is available all week long, please call for availability and for week long stay. It is located just minutes from Weirs Beach, and 15 minutes from Gunstock Mountain for skiers, at 28 Shane Way, Laconia NH; conveniently off route 3 in Laconia, running alongside the lake.

Great Price Great Place

This townhouse was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed from bathroom essentials to kitchen needs. There wasn't much to do in the area, but we enjoyed our stay just b/c it was comfortable and the view of the lake was exceptionally relaxing.
There's a couple of outlet shopping plazas along the way to the property and some restaurants to choose from. Other than that you can drive around the lake or just take walks.

The price was great for the place and I highly recommend staying there.

Almost Like Home :)

We stayed at the condo from September 12th to September 15th.
The condo was not hard to find. Upon walking in, you could tell it was well kept. It is just like the pictures show, plus more! It has a homey feeling, which made it that much better! It had everything you could possibly imagine needing while staying. It was almost like still being home!
We came to N.H. for the NASCAR race, and were only about 15 minutes away (without the traffic) which was great! We were about 20 minutes away from outlet stores!
There were plenty of places to eat only about 5 minutes away.
The condos were very quiet too, not noisy at all.
Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to get away, but still have the luxuries of home (more than a hotel). The price was great, and there was more then enough room for at least the 4 of us. We could have had 2 more people easily!
The one thing that was MINOR in our stay is that the washer/dryer are behind the bathroom door, and you had to close the bathroom door to start a wash, or they would lock together, but really that is being nit-picky!!
We are looking forward to going back again!! It was GREAT!

Wonderful getaway on the Lakes.

The place is amazing - i was more than surprised - unlike the usual vacation rentals this place looked like an upgrade of my Boston appartment - gleaming hardwood floors, granite/stainless steel kitchen, central AC/heat, a wooden porch - amazing views of the lake and very close to all the attractions on Winnipesaukee.

the place also has a deeded boat pier - for those with the boat it's definitely an added convenience.

The place was impecably clean and organized and had everything you need for a stay - from sheets and towels to
napkins and every kitchen utensil imaginable -:)

Arranging a stay was a breeze too with Linh - the broker.

I would deffinitely recommend it to my friends and family for their next stay in the Lakes area.

Coulpe of minor things that could be easily fixed - watch out for the plastic carpet covers on the stairs - they dont' stay in place and very slippery - better just remove them; also use caution unfolding the sleeper sofa in the living room - the frame is bent - so have to use two hands and proceed slow to unfold it.

Overall the place is fantastic, affordable and very well located,
so you will have a great time staying there.

Awesome House!

We had a lot of fun in this wonderful house.
It looks exactly as clean as the pics we saw on the website.
There is everything we need including the BBQ equipment, plates, comforter...etc. and the things we didn't expect such as DVDs. What's more, it takes only about 5 mins to drive to
Weirs Beach and about 15 mins to Gunstoc Mountain.
If you are looking for a place to stay when you visit Weirs Beach with your family of friends, it is definely the place you are lookling for.
