2 bedroom condo with panoramic view of Winnipesaukee

We stayed at the condo from September 12th to September 15th.
The condo was not hard to find. Upon walking in, you could tell it was well kept. It is just like the pictures show, plus more! It has a homey feeling, which made it that much better! It had everything you could possibly imagine needing while staying. It was almost like still being home!
We came to N.H. for the NASCAR race, and were only about 15 minutes away (without the traffic) which was great! We were about 20 minutes away from outlet stores!
There were plenty of places to eat only about 5 minutes away.
The condos were very quiet too, not noisy at all.
Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to get away, but still have the luxuries of home (more than a hotel). The price was great, and there was more then enough room for at least the 4 of us. We could have had 2 more people easily!
The one thing that was MINOR in our stay is that the washer/dryer are behind the bathroom door, and you had to close the bathroom door to start a wash, or they would lock together, but really that is being nit-picky!!
We are looking forward to going back again!! It was GREAT!

The place is amazing - i was more than surprised - unlike the usual vacation rentals this place looked like an upgrade of my Boston appartment - gleaming hardwood floors, granite/stainless steel kitchen, central AC/heat, a wooden porch - amazing views of the lake and very close to all the attractions on Winnipesaukee.

the place also has a deeded boat pier - for those with the boat it's definitely an added convenience.

The place was impecably clean and organized and had everything you need for a stay - from sheets and towels to
napkins and every kitchen utensil imaginable -:)

Arranging a stay was a breeze too with Linh - the broker.

I would deffinitely recommend it to my friends and family for their next stay in the Lakes area.

Coulpe of minor things that could be easily fixed - watch out for the plastic carpet covers on the stairs - they dont' stay in place and very slippery - better just remove them; also use caution unfolding the sleeper sofa in the living room - the frame is bent - so have to use two hands and proceed slow to unfold it.

Overall the place is fantastic, affordable and very well located,
so you will have a great time staying there.
