This lovely little first floor, town centre apartment with its large SOUTH FACING sunny balcony overlooking the swimming pool is situated directly behind the tastefully designed Park of Nations in the centre of Torrevieja. The apartment looks inward to the centre of the block and is therefore peaceful and undisturbed by the busy traffic in the area. It benefits from being just a short walk from the beach and all the excitement of the attractions around the marina area. The owner has taken great care to make sure that all comforts are catered for and the apartment has been very tastefully furnished and equipped. It is ideal for a longer stay as it has everything you may need. Ask us to quote for your long winter stay, this apartment is ideal.

  • **Please note. We accept payment in GB Sterling & Euros only. THE CONVERSION TABLE IS ONLY A GUIDE. We can quote your price in Euros, on request.**
    A 25% non refundable deposit is taken at time of booking to reserve the dates requested. The balance together with the returnable damage deposit is due 6 weeks prior to departure date. Electricity and water are included in the rental rates
    A €50 local management charge (non refundable) is payable on arrival for 'meet & greet' hand-over of keys, & cleaning etc.
    A €150 refundable breakage deposit (£100 for UK guests) is also taken & returned within 2 weeks of the end of the stay, subject to no damage or breakages. Please note that guests are asked to leave at 10am on the day of departure in July & August.
  • Local English speaking agents can also arrange (at extra cost) airport transfers & food packs for those arriving at inconvenient times.
    Cots for toddlers are also available at a small extra charge.
    A 10% discount is available for long term lets (more than 4weeks).
  • Please note This property has a maximum occupancy as shown on the front page of the advertisement. In the event of this number being exceeded, either a pro rata charge will be made or the extra person (people) may be asked to leave immediately. This decision will be entirely at the owner’s discretion.

Notes: This brand new apartment block has a lift and also ramps for wheelchairs in the entrance hall. The road door is secure and there is an intercom system installed. That apartment has been tastefully equipped with everything you will need to make your holiday home from home. When you buy your lovely fresh oranges at give away prices in the market there is a juicer to squeeze them. A heater is provided for your comfort in the cooler evenings.

Local Area: Torrevieja is 40 minutes south of Alicante and is a bustling town based on an old fishing village. It has all the amenities needed for eating, drinking, shopping & generally having fun in the sun! The town centre beaches and interesting marina are all within easy walking distance as are the shops, bars and restaurants. The water park in Torrevieja is a favourite attraction for families & younger visitors. There are several Go-Kart tracks in the area, which are excellent fun & entertainment for all ages.

Costa Blanca: The 'white coast' is famous for its wonderful climate, all year round. Even the Spanish claim that local inhabitants live up to 10 years longer than in the rest of Spain! Facilities have improved dramatically in the last few years, particularly with the addition of motorway routes directly into the area & the growth of excellent, all-year round, golf clubs.

Other Information: Within 15 minutes drive there are 3 18 hole championship courses. these are at Campoamor, Villa Martin & Las Ramblas. Other courses are currently under construction. Anyone who is looking to buy a property in the area should let me know at time of booking as I can arrange for an inspection of properties (new or resale) during your stay, through an English speaking local company, at no extra cost! This little apartment is available for long term rental through the winter months. It is ideally situated for an elderly couple looking for winter sunshine and who need to be near the town centre and all its facilities

We spent 3 weeks here and had a great holiday. It is a ten to fifteen minute walkto the beach but there are plenty of buses in the next street which take you to all the outlying beaches for only 1euro15. I have to say we found an abundance of excellentSpanish bars and resturaunts. The apartment was all we needed and we would return. Ron and Elaine, Scotland

we stayed here 11 sept -21 a lovely apartment newly painted and new sunloungers, there is a typical spanish beach 10 minute walk away and another near the harbour,there are plenty of eateries and a supermarket 5 mins away which is reasonably priced it also sells the usual english foods ie beans ,bisto and such.
there is also a 24hr shop on the corner next to the banks.
we would recommend this fantastic apartment, water park go carting and horse riding are quite nearby.

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property to a friend as it had everything in it that we needed.

Only drawback was that it didn't have air conditioning but I knew that before I arrived.

This property provided for a fantastic holiday in the sun. the description of the property was spot on, however the description of the distance of the nearest beach was a little further away than we anticipated, however it was pleasant walk. The property was very well maintained, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed! the customer service we recieved from Sue and David was excellent we would deffinitely consider coming here again and recommending to a friend.
There were numerous activities around; mini golf, waterpark, restaurants a short walk away and a FANTASTIC mall about a 15 mins walk i really recommend!!!! only thing i found disappointing was that if you are looking for traditional Spanish restaurants they are very scarce, they seem to love fast food and cafes!
