This newly constructed luxury log home has it all. Your comfort and convenience was considered during every aspect of the design of this home. Warm wood interiors with a cathedral ceiling to enjoy as you sip a glass of wine by the fireplace. Three bedrooms, with additional sleeping in the loft and den. Three full bathrooms, one with jacuzzi tub. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen on the GE Profile appliances, or on the back sun deck using the Vermont castings grill. If it's warm outside, no problem... high velocity central air conditioning will keep you cool. If it's cold outside...radiant floor heat will warm your feet. On summer evenings, enjoy watching sunsets on the screened in Farmers Porch. During the day take the family to Thusis Beach on Big Pea Porridge Pond, located less than 500 feet from the driveway. In winter time, pull your car into the heated garage. From this home base you are just moments from the Mount Washington Valley.

Extended Rentals Payment Options : We offer multi week discounts during off season and attractive specials for past guests in good standing. Please realize extended rental discounts can not apply during holidays high summer or foliage season. Holiday weekends 3 days minimum, school vacation weeks 1 week minimum, summer 1 week minimum. We can invoice by email now . Pay you invoice by credit cards or any other account .. Ask for details If you purchase cleaning assistance we remove up to 4 trash bags at no charge. Otherwise prearranged trash removal is $ 3 a bag . Guests who use our grill need only clean it on arrival . We've tried have guest clean at departure and it hasn't worked This policy insures those who use it will clean it. You can always ask our caretaker to do it for you and he'll be happy to do it for a nominal charge .

Cleaning and Linen Services : We have found the fairest way to deal with cleaning is to assess by the hour. You may want to have some help with cleaning, in which case sign up for a basic cleaning in advance. For the log home a typical charge is $ 75. If cleaning is not prearranged or additional hours are required the typical additional charge rate is $25 per hour. We can provide linens for a flat fee of $ 50.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property this past Christmas. It is absolutely perfect! Everything in this log home is top notch. The location is wonderful, close to everything but private. We will definately be going back soon! There is plenty of room for everyone.

Luxury yet the feeling of log cabin living

I stayed here with my girlfriend and some friends last week. We were all very happy with the home as everything was clean and just amazing. Radiant floor heating was a great thing with the fireplace and we were within 10 minutes from North Conway for the restaurants and shopping. We will be returning for sure as we all miss it already !!

We rented this property in February. It was absolutely beautiful!! Plenty of room, great location and nice and clean. We love that it is so close to King Pine so we can ski and skate. Also, very convenient to North Conway, for eating out and shopping. Would definately rent again!! Our family loved it!

Just got home and we just love this place it is the nicest home ever and right in the middle of things and so comfty and just beautiful..the property is the best in the area and if i had to rate it it would be a 10..give this gorgeous home give it a try you will just love it....

Secluded yet Conveintent

We stayed at this log home last week and were not disapointed in the least.This home is situated close to everything we wanted to see , White mountains ( Leaf peeping) as well as being nicely appointed.It has state of the art appliences and is spotless.The three of us and a dog were so satisfied that we hated to leave! We will definatley return soon!
