The Property has over one acre of landscaping that is constantly updated and changed with exotic orchids, and tropical vegetation. The two guest villas have an eight person Jacuzzi with built in stereo. This estate sits on historic Pinetree Drive just minutes from south beach and yet secluded and secure with a six foot fence and high tech security system.

Really enjoyed our stay and the owner was excellent to deal with. House was located in a perfect community with great views. This was a last minute arrival and with some minor upkeep our crew of 27 settled in. The home has lots of history and character and makes a great get away. With South Beach moments away made for eventful evenings so I heard. Lots of great memories and the only thing that would have made it better was an Irish win and the owner not a Michigan graduate!! Congrats to Alabama! Best features of the house was the swimming pool and the huge kitchen. I hope to visit in the near future and would consider renting again for sure. Thanks
What a great house! Great view and location. We had such an amazing stay here. The view is incredible and the location is even better. There is a park right near the house and the beach is just blocks away!
The house had an awesome kitchen and living area. Beautiful decor throughout. This house can accommodate multiple families and is extremely spacious.

Arriving through the stately iron gate and driving down the long, palm tree lined driveway, you suddenly realize that you are entering a special place, a sanctuary if you will.
And it is.
The estate offers an updated vision of what was once a more elegant and timeless South Florida experience. The beguiling Spanish Colonial mansion is very spacious, but that it is only part of the story. At every turn one glimpses architectural details and quaint views that further support your intuition that this was and is a unique part of Florida. The estate is lushly landscaped and appointed with an Architectural Digest like pool. And there is the waterway and its sweeping views of several iconic Miami Beach towers, including the Fountainbleu Hotel.
The kitchen looks to be new and the surrounding common areas are smartly furnished. There are multiple sitting areas. The bedrooms too live up to the high standard of the rest of the house, in particular the second floor master and the junior master off of the living room. There are too many bathrooms to remember.
My stay was very relaxing; certainly a result of the laid back, elegant vibe of the estate. In that regard, I look forward to booking my next stay, hopefully an annual event.
