Enjoy kayaking, striper fishing and the call of osprey from this beautiful year-round 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cape with deep water frontage located on an ocean inlet called the New Meadows River. The house has been completely renovated and has a new dock, large deck, screened porch, built-in bookcases, window seat, daylight basement with family room/office and gardens. The house is located on a dead-end road and has an open concept with kitchen, living, dining and full bathroom on the main floor. The main floor has southern pine floors and a cozy Vermont Castings stove. The upstairs has red birch floors with a large second bedroom, a master bedroom with private deck and en-suite bathroom with shower. The daylight basement features built-in bookcases and screened porch close to the water's edge. You will feel like you are away from it all, yet have the convenience of being just minutes from Brunswick and Historic Bath.

The house is located less than 5 miles from the quaint city of Bath with its rich shipbuilding history, the Maine Maritime Museum and antique shops. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. THE OWNERS OF THIS HOME HAVE A GREAT EYE FOR DETAIL AND DIDN'T LEAVE YOU WANTING FOR ANYTHING.
MY HUSBAND, SON AND I LOVED THE PLACE. NEWLY RENOVATED WITH A BEAUTIFUL DOCK IN THEIR BACKYARD.

DON'T PASS THIS ONE UP. PICTURES DON'T DO ENOUGH! THE OUTSIDE LANDSCAPE AND MASTER SUITE ARE BEAUTIFUL. WE HOPE TO RETURN NEXT YEAR TOO!!!!

Great Home, Clean and Nicely Decorated

This house was terrific. It was really clean and looked recently remodled. The decor was airy and beachy.

There was plenty to do nearby. Only 5 minutes to downtown Bath and Brunswick. Near lots of great points and inlets. Boat rental right down the road.

Owners were easy to reach and very nice.

Would highly recommend this house and even hope to come back again!
