Glorious garden with easy access to the grape. Ignore my previous rating

Our family of 10 (3 generations, including a 2 year old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming, spacious house in Montigny. The weather even allowed us to enjoy the pool. Grilling and eating meals among the garden's blooming roses after a hard day's work of visiting vineyards and champagne houses with the necessary tastings in and around Reims and Epernay was especially relaxing. Our hosts were warm, welcoming and responsive. We gladly recommend this property to any family seeking a place to sojourn within easy reach of all the Champagne has to offer. The one watch out is that two of the bedrooms are accessed through the two bedrooms below them.

Charmantes gemütliches Haus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare und entspannte Zeit in diesem gemütlichen und stilvoll eingerichteten Haus mitten in der Champagne. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben gemeinsam den Kamin genossen und die ruhige Umgebung erkundet. Ein kleiner Spielplatz in der Nähe war für unsere Kinder ausreichend. Nur 10 Autominuten entfernt war die wunderschöne Stadt Reims, in der man die Köstlichkeiten und Feinheiten der Champagne genießen kann. Wir waren vier Familien mit drei kleineren Kindern , daher war die Raumaufteilung für uns ein plus. Wir konnten mit unseren beiden Kindern die beiden Zimmer übereinander bewohnen und hatten eine eigene Toilette mit Waschbecken. Die andere Familie mit dem Kleinkind hatte ein abgetrenntes eigenes Zimmer mit einer Dusche und Waschbecken. Die beiden erwachsenen Pärchen hatten die anderen zwei Zimmer, die übereinander liegen und offen zueinander sind, auch dies war kein Problem für die paar Tage. Eine Toilette sowie ein Zimmer mit Dusche und Waschbecken war auf dem Flur der 1. Etage zwischen den gesamten Räumen und konnte von allen genutzt werden. Eine weitere Toilette befindet sich im EG hinter der Küche. Auf dem EG liegt ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem Fernseher und einem Schlafsofa ausgestattet, über das sich unser großes „Kind“ gefreut hat. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit im Haus, konnten uns bekochen und die Zeit auf dem Sofa am Kamin oder am großen Esstisch genießen! Wir können das Haus sehr gerne weiter empfehlen!

Endroit au top, très bien situé dans un petit village calme à quelques kilomètres de Reims. Chris nous a accueilli dignement, elle est très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous conseiller. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée, quel bonheur
