It has magnificent homes, mature trees, beautiful parks and many playgrounds. The apartment is around the corner from excellent shopping, chic clothing boutiques,a supermarket, gourmet food, liquor stores, trendy restaurants, bistros, bars and public transportation.. The apartment has maple hardwood flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with a counter and 2 bar stools, a 4 piece bathroom, air conditioning, 2 flat screen cable TVs, cd and dvd players, high speed internet, private patio, a washer and dryer etc. Much of the furniture is custom designed and there are many built-ins
