Just outside the living room, dinning and kitchen enjoy outdoor covered living areas, relax any of 5 hammocks throughout the penthouse, as well as outdoor dining for 8. Upper deck private solarium wet bar is covered with palapa for shade there is also plenty of uncovered space for sunning on this private 1200 sq ft deck or swimming in the 40 foot lap pool.
Enjoy the sunset over the ocean, watch the cruise ships pass early morning as they come into the island and at sunset off to their next destination. Palati Mou is located within Residencias Reef next to the new Wyndham hotel & Paradise beach, just six miles south of town. Privately owned and managed by the Simolaris.
Daily maid service. To secure your vacation a deposit of 50% of the rental is required within 7 days of the booking. The balance will be due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Diving - Snorkeling - Water Sports:
Dive boats will usually pick you up right on the beach in front of the penthouse. Our favorite Padi Instructor is Hernan Bacelis - his dive shop The Reef located at Av. Entre 5y7 Sur. Ask us about how to contact him. He is easy to reach, just mention the Simolaris at Residencias Reef when you call. Hernan has entertained many of our guests whether a seasoned scuba diver or first time. He usually provides a very special lunch on his dives. He also does snorkel and fishing trips.
Snorkelers can enjoy the reef in front of the property or walk next door to Paradise beach for daily excursions to different reefs around the island. This beach also has water sport equipment for rent, jet skis etc.
Within a quarter mile is the Playa Maya water park which provides other activities for families and children. Chankanaub National Marine Park is within one mile here you can swim with the dolphins and more
Golf:
For golfers there is the famous Cozumel Country Club located on the north of the island about a 20 minute ride by car. Call further details. They are also open to the public
