This cheerful garden level apartment (downstairs from the main entrance) has a nautical theme with bright colors. The living room has a flat screen TV/DVD, a stereo system, and a Queen sleep sofa. The bedroom has a Queen Bed with a TV and AC. Walk out to the patio either by the living room or the bedroom and enjoy the wooded back yard. No pets, no smoking.
