Jubelibra is a private home in a gated community. It is on the Dutch side of St. Marten in a beautiful residential area, directly on the ocean. There is deep water in front of the villa, not good for ordinary swimming but you can fish or snorkel if the sea is calm. Our villa is fully furnished and we supply everything you need, including all linens and towels, for a wonderful vacation. We have cable Internet connection at the villa as well as a US phone number for making and receiving calls from home. Maid service is supplied 6 days a week except for some government holidays. We have a manager on call in case there is any problem to be solved. Our maintenance person is on-call also. Jubelibra is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and every room has a ceiling fan to use when the AC is not necessary. Privacy is the word that best describes this villa, nothing between you and the passing ships and no neighbors can see when you want to lounge at your own private pool.

Jubelibra is located in a very upscale residential area on the Dutch side of St. Maarten. It is in a gated community of 17 villas. We have security person every evening from 6:00pm to 6:am to direct cars in and out of Pelican Cove. Jubelibra is close to casinos, grocery stores, banks, ATM, shops as well as beaches and water sports.

Notes: House is wheelchair accessible but we only have tub showers. So help is needed for client who cannot get into a tub shower. We have an outdoor shower at entrance way to get sand off body and feet when returning from the beach. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. If you must, smoking is OK on the outside patio.

Jubelibra and surrounding area: Jubelibra is located in a gated community on the Dutch side of the island. The community is called Pelican Cove. It has 17 villas in the community. Some of the villas are rentals and some are lived in full time. This is a very quiet community and our neighbors are friendly. Say hello when you see them and who knows you may make a good friend while on vacation. The area that Pelican Cove is in is called Pelican Key Estates. It has many beautiful homes in it as well as the Pelican Resort, La Vista Resort and Flamingo Resort. Pelican has a casino, grocery shops and restaurants right in Pelican Key.

Pelican Key Estates: We are adjacent to the town of Simpson Bay which is one of the fastest growing areas on the island. Many shops, restaurants and businesses are opening up to make your life quite convenient. We have a multi-screen movie theater, banks, Internet cafes and many other interesting shops and activities going on.
