  • We are pleased to offer you our beach home at affordable rates. 1/2 of the rent due is owed to secure your vacation date when booking. The rent balance, plus tax and $500 damage deposit will be due 30 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit will be returned following your departure, providing there is no property damage. We cannot make rate adjustments for late arrivals or early departures. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!

I searched probably eighty properties last year looking for the perfect house to have our family vacation for five families. Mi Casa del Sol was the perfect destination and we had a GREAT time. The pictures really do not do this house justice...it is gorgeous in person and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. The Frangista Beach area is lovely and the owners are very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this property!

This summer my entire family vacationed in Destin,FL. We searched and searched for a house that would fit all of our wants and needs. We finally chose Mi Casa del Sol and I'm happy to say that we were not disappointed. The bedrooms were magnificent and the kitchen had everything a large group could ever want. This house is magnificent. I felt very pampered by all the accommodations that were provided by the owner. Everything appears new and well cared for. There was plenty of room for all of us (11)to have our own space or to gather as a group. We never felt crowded but always felt at home. The little walk to the beach was just that...a LITTLE walk and it was great having the pool nearby as well. I would recommend this home to anyone!

THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! My husbands entire family went and what a grand time we had. I have come back to KC and told all our friends. Our June 2007 trip to Destin was wonderful! The Mi Casa del Sol was our home away from home. The location was perfect for our family members of all age groups. Our party of 20+ ranged in age from 3 months to 75 years. From the private beach, the neighborhood pool, nearby shopping and attractions make this property ideal.
