Features open concept great rm/large kitchen with a working island/breakfast bar and breakfast nook overlooking a private yard, fields and pristine woods. South facing deck, with chimniea. Dining room, 1stflr master suite, 2 bedrooms up, open hallway to living area below designed for family living. Convenient gas fireplace, wood floors on first floor, fully applianced gourmet kitchen. Also enjoy, ping pong, Foosball, sleds, tubes, xc skis, grill. No smokers, no pets. The property is quiet and private and backs up to 100's of acres of wooded land. Spotted on the property have been moose, bear, deer, turkey, and our 'resident' rabbit. Very clean and tidy. 2 bay garage with openers. full w/o bsmt.

We are in the Lake Sunapee, New London area and an hour and a half drive from Boston. Sunapee Lake, a 10 mile lake, is considered the state's premier lakes, access 2 miles away. Sunapee and Ragged ski centers are within 15 minutes. Several golf courses are nearby. Quaint village of New London, 5 miles for shopping, restaurants, etc. Many hiking and snow trails in the area. Popular to xc ski or snowmobile on Lake Sunapee winters. Non smoking house. Pets considered with pet dep and references.

Fully equipped primary home: Everything is included. It has a great floor plan for entertaining and open concept. Second floor has 2 br accessed by open stairway/balcony. Large deck overlooking pristine wooded area. Enjoy the large fully equipped kitchen which is designed as the focal point for the family. Open to the living area and with a breakfast nook of all windows overlooking the ;yard and woods. The home has lots of windows on the south, back side of house. East access 3 miles off I-89.

Ski territory- and other stuff to do : Ski at Mt Sunapee? Consider Ragged Mtn. as well. we are located about 10-15 min to either location. Ragged is preferred by many for it 'old NH' ways. Interesting terrian, and you can find unpacked powder several days after a storm. Lines are rare. 25 minutes to Hanover, 30 min to Concord. Considered a four season vacation area. Excellent lakes for summer fun. In New London, a popular New England town. No traffic lights, no franchise fast foods, a real departure from the usual hussle and bustle in this high income town.
