Our stunning villa is situated on a premium lot in the exclusive enclave of Emerald Island Resort. With a south-facing extended pool/spa and deck area, backing on to natural wooded conservation, the fully air-conditioned villa boasts 3 master suites (one on the ground floor with pool access), and four further twin bedrooms sharing the fourth and fifth bathrooms. Each of the master suites has king size bed, and the entire home has been furnished by professional interior designers. A full size pool table, cable TV and PlayStation 2 are provided in the games area on the upper floor, leaving the double garage available for two cars. Our home has wireless Internet, and all national and international telephone calls from the villa are included in the rental cost. Emerald Island is a magnificent 24 hour manned gated community boasting free clubhouse facilities with gym, Internet, tiki bar, pool, children’s play area, arcade and tennis courts, and is approximately 2 miles from Disney.
