Welcome to Hayward Wisconsin! Home to world record muskies and the Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame. Enjoy all the seasonal activities here including fishing, swimming, boating, golfing, hiking, biking, campfires, ice-fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Our lake home sits on level 110 ft lakeshore and 2 acres on the popular lake Lac Courte Oreilles, 10 miles south of Hayward. Huge upper and lower entertaining areas with tons of seating, SS kitchen, cedar and knotty pine, full bar area downstairs, flat screens. 3 bedrooms up and master suite down (walk-in steamshower, whirpool tub, Aspen log king bed) Full deck, with grills and outdoor seating. Full laundry. Great sandy lake bottom and huge dock. 5 minutes to the famous Angler's Haven which has all the lake flair one could ask for (famous for their pizza and bloody's). All furnishings are authentically 'woodsy' with log beds, dressers and custom features see photos and YouTube.

Hayward is a very special place anytime of year. Lake Lac Courte Oreille fishing, swimming, boating, boarding, tubing, skiing, and anything lake related will pack your Summer full. Also vacationers enjoy the local manicured golf courses (18-hole championship and friendly 9-hole courses), off-road biking adventures with the CAMBA Off-Road Bike Trail System as well as downtown Hayward for its shopping and dining.

As for winter months traveling southeast from Hayward treats the snowmobiles to a tour of the undeveloped Lake Chippewa Flowage (Wisconsin's largest wilderness lake). Trails East of Hayward meander toward Clam Lake with stopping along the way at Ghost Hill Scenic Overlook.
