We had a wonderful relaxing week's vacation in a beautiful spot. We spent most of our time on the screened porch as the weather was great. In fact a few days we turned off the A/C and just let the ocean breeze blow in. We could not have been happier!!
The condo is quiet, beautiful, and comfortable. On the ground floor overlooking the pool and you can see the ocean as well. I could tell when the tide's were high or low, and could also watch the fishing boats go by. We plan to go back again hopefully next year or as soon as we can.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Relaxing Time

My husband and I were fortunate to be able to spend some time at Harbor Island. The condo was perfect. It is well maintained and comfortable. We especially liked the screened in porch. One of the highlights of our trip was seeing nine baby Loggerhead Turtles leaving their nest and making their way into the ocean. An unforgetable sight! The worst part of the trip was having to leave. We can't wait to visit again!!! :)

Wonderful getaway!

This condo has plenty of room and is abundant in comfort. We felt right at home immediately. The view was nice and the beach was a short stroll across the boardwalk. It was a great vacation for our family of 4 and our dog too! We love and recommend this condo!

Location Type:	Oceanfront ... All condo units are built back from the dunes/ocean a bit. There is a boardwalk that leads from the common areas to the ocean, and from our unit, it takes about 3 - 4 minutes to walk to the beach.
General:	Elevator Linens Provided ... All bed linens(including towels) are provided and are well maintained. Wireless Internet Clothes Dryer Washing Machine	Parking Off Street Telephone Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer Air Conditioning ... Heat/Air Conditioning Unit is a new unit (replaced 2008) and is very quiet.
Kitchen:	Cooking Utensils ... All utensils are included with the unit. We also have a coffee maker, crock pot, microwave, large pots, and toaster. Kitchen ... We visit the unit periodically to ensure that it is well-equipped with all utensils, linens, etc. and to ensure that everything is in working order and remains clean. Microwave	Dishwasher ... New dishwasher in 2011! Ice Maker Refrigerator ... The fridge is equipped with an ice maker.
Bedrooms:	1 Bedroom, Sleeps 6 Queen size Beds (1) Matresses on Queen bed are high quality pillow top and were recently purchased., Sleep Sofa or Futons (1) The unit has a sofa that converts to a queen size sleeper. There are two ottomans that convert to single sleepers. One is located in the bedroom and one is located in the living room.
Entertainment:	DVD Player VCR Stereo	CD Player Satellite / Cable ... There are two flat screen televisions in the unit. The living room tv has a built in DVD player. The TV in the bedroom is a good size. Both tvs have cable television and the reception is very good. Video Library ... There are a number of DVD's and books in the unit for guests to enjoy...nice if you forget your book or if the kids are inside on a rainy afternoon!
Outside:	Deck / Patio ... There is a nice little screened porch that looks out toward the ocean. It is a quiet place perfect for relaxation.	Outdoor Grill
Suitability:	pets considered ... Pets are allowed and currently, no pet deposit or additional fees are required (there is a limit 2 pets per unit pursuant to Island Rules). We do require that pets be socialized, on flea medication and be house trained. Pets are permitted on the beach area and on the island's roads and common areas. Pursuant to island rules and for the safety of your pet, they must also be kept on a leash and not left unattended in either the inside or outside of the unit. For your convenience, there are numerous pet waste receptacles around the island. Thank you for your consideration! :)	children welcome

When you see a shrimp boat, a dolphin is usually not far behind!
