Located in the beautiful and historic Town Landing neighborhood of Falmouth-Foreside, rated 'Maine's most prestigious place to live', it's just 10 mins to downtown Portland and 15 mins to the famous Freeport outlets and the huge LL Bean Campus of stores. The location feels away from it all, yet it's only 1-2 miles to restaurants, coffee shops & shopping! Wake up to see the sailboats in the harbor. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the expansive deck with beautiful views of the sailboats in the harbor.
Walk to the private beach or the Town Landing Market, both just steps away. The historic Town Landing Market features the best (and most affordable) lobster rolls, shrimp rolls and crab rolls around plus delicious made-to order sandwiches and pizza.
The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably in great beds with quality mattresses. The Master bedroom features ocean views, a brand new very high-end Beautyrest Black King-sized mattress from the Beautyrest Black Recharge line purchased for the 2014 summer rental season!!, a 27' TV with white cabinet (moving from Living Room), a room AC and hand-painted diamond-patterned floors.
The 2nd bedroom features a verdigris iron queen bed with a thick memory foam topper, a room AC and whimsically hand-painted polka-dot bordered floors.
