Terrasol Beach Condominiums are located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula within walking distance of Lands End and Lovers Beach and easy walking distance to Downtown and Marina.The beach is anchored by the scenic rocks of Lands End and Pedrigal at the other end keeping it private and secluded.
Terrasol Beach is private, very quiet and peaceful, no vendors, with wonderful whale watching and fishing directly off beach. Our patio is surrounded by bougainvillea and hibiscus and within four minutes walk off our patio your feet are in the ocean! World-class fishing, golfing, snorkeling, and diving are minutes away. One of the very few privately owned condominium properties on the ocean.
Our kitchen has been recently renovated with new cupboards, granite counters, new over-the-stove microwave, new sink and faucets, new s/s double fridge with ice/water, under the cupboards lighting. The sofas and chairs have also been recovered. New rugs have been placed in both bedrooms. Also new lamps, drapes, blinds etc. The condo is in excellent condition and is maintained and furnished as our home and not a rental unit
Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. Parking on property - very close to condo.

Ed and I are both retired and have the time to be able to spend part of the Canadian winters out of the country. Ed's daughter and son-in-law live in Cabo San Lucas which means we are not only visiting family but have family to look after our condo while we are away. Both of us take pride in our home away from home and keep it well maintained and up to date.

My husband and I bought our condo in 1994. I had been raised on the coast in Wales and wanted desperately to have a second home on the ocean. We looked up and down the west coast of Canada and the US and found that in most places it was just not warm enough in Feb/March so ventured further south down to the Baja where Ed's daughter lived. We chose Terrasol in Cabo San Lucas, not only because the weather was beautiful in those months of the year when we wanted to get out of Calgary, Alberta, but because it was the only privately owned condominium complex in the area that is built right on the sand. The beach is private with no vendors and absolutely beautiful and the complex is secure and peaceful. To add to that, the centre of Cabo San Lucas is within very easy walking distance. Our condo has become our home away from home during some of Canada's winter months. The whales, on their migration south and on their return home in the Spring, pass right by our beach and often are within 100 yards of the shore breaching and sky-hopping. It's close to paradise.
Apart from the fact that we have family in Cabo San Lucas, we feel that Cabo San Lucas is a safe environment to live. The Mexican people are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Our property is gated and we sleep with our screen door open at night without any concerns. At night the property is well patrolled. Terrasol has time-share properties on either side of it so our situation is totally unique in that all the condos are privately owned. I have walked the beach on many occasions when there are no more than 5 or 6 people on it. Ofcourse, if a whale comes close to the beach and starts performing then it gets a bit busier but of an afternoon I will take my chair to the water's edge and there will be hardly anyone around to disturb my peace. And if we want more action or to go out to a nice restaurant, of which there are many in Cabo, then we can walk into town very easily. In fact I walk from our condo every morning to the far side of town and back enjoying the activity on the marina.
This is the right place to drink coffee on the patio in the morning. There were hummingbirds and bougainvillea in bloom all around. A 2 minute walk to the beach/pool area and we could see the spouts of whales. We walked the private beach every day. We had breakfast at the pallapa bar every morning. It is a short walk to the Marina and many restaurants, sightseeing tours, and shops. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. It is a nice place to hang out in. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have pretty blue and white tile. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen is well stocked. The staff is very helpful at the desk. Cilla is personable and so nice to work with. She left a list of restaurants and activities that were all wonderful. Hacienda Cochina and Cantina and Maria Jiminez were our favorite. We were so lucky to spend the week here. We highly recommend. Ann
This nicely furnished, comfortable condo was just like home! Wonderful kitchen for those who enjoy cooking or just making a cup of coffee in the morning or grabbing a quick snack before heading to the beach. The beautiful patio with blooming bougainvillea was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and read a book in the evening. The close proximity to town and the marina made dining out and shopping without a car easy. Whale watching from the beautiful beach and lounging by the brand new infinity pool were delightful. However, the best part of renting this condo was dealing with Cilla, the owner, who was extremely helpful in all aspects of rental and providing great information for tours and restaurants.
We just returned from a 5 day stay and Ed and Cilla's condo. It is in a quiet location, but a five minute walk from the marina. The pool was relaxing and the beach was quiet. The patio was welcoming for outdoor dining, reading a book, or simply relaxing. Hummingbirds were frequent visitors, and the bougainvillea were blooming profusely. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had no difficulty finding cookware or spices to enhance our freshly caught dorado and wahoo. The beds were very comfortable. Carlos and Esther at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Cilla was quickly responsive to any and all of our questions. I highly recommend this unit and it's owner.
The condo is just as advertised and very cozy - there are two full bedrooms and two full baths, the appliances are new, everything is clean and tidy. It felt like home. There is a nice area out back where we would sit and play games and drink our morning coffee. The staff at Terrasol are helpful and Cilla the condo owner even provided us a list of restaurants she recommended!! She was also available for any questions we had as we planned our vacation. The pool bar is awesome - I already miss those chicken quesadillas and lime daquiris! Terrasol is in a great location, just up the hill from town so at night it's nice and quiet. It's also a quick 5-10 minute walk to get into town if you're looking for restaurants and nightlife. I would highly recommend Cilla's condo.
I stayed at Cilla and Ed's condo for 18 days and found the condo to be exactly as advertised ...it was extremely comfortable. The staff at Terrasol are most helpful and knowledgeable and always eager to oblige. Mario and Pancho at the Palappa bar serve great food at very reasonable prices. This is not the first time I have stayed at Terrasol but I found this condo to be ideal and extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very important to me was that the condo has good wifi. I would definitely recommend Cilla' condo.
We stayed for 9 days at the end of March and beginning of April 2014. Cilla was good to deal with. Here is a little about our experience. First Cilla requested a cashiers check for the rental. I was a little hesitant about that, but it is understandable considering she is from Canada and the banking is different for personal checks. So don't let that worry you. Also she is very good about answering your emails.
When we arrived there was a little confusion at the front desk, but they got it sorted out quickly and painlessly. We just went out by the pool and had lunch and enjoyed the sunshine while they readied the unit.
The unit itself was just as pictured. It does NOT have an ocean view. And there were signs restricting swimming in the ocean behind this complex. However that was not an issue. This was common with a lot of the resorts because of rip tides or something.
The unit has three individual air conditioners. One for the main part of the condo and one for each bedroom. They work great! There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. FYI the lent filter is inside on back wall of dryer drum. Water is fine from the refrigerator and faucet to drink. The WIFI works really well in the unit. They have lots of books - good books - in the unit to read. You might want to bring some movies with you if you have some down time and prefer to watch a movie. The patio is large and the BBQ grill was like new.
For things to do in Cabo, you will be bombarded with vendors trying to sell you water taxi rides, fishing trips, golfing, jewelry, cigars, time share visits etc. It is overwhelming! But once you get to Terasol, that is all gone and it is quiet and peaceful. None of that on their beach.
We walked to the Marina every day. It is about 2 city blocks from Terasol. Medano beach is where a lot of activity is. It is at the other end of the Marina. Paddle boards (fun) $20/hour, sea doos, boat rides, water taxis etc and lots of restaurants. They also have Amazin Race on Tuesdays. If you watch the show this might be fun. We found out about it too late. We rented a car for the four of us to drive to Todos Santos and it was delivered to and picked up from Terasol. It cost $65 USD for 24 hours for insurance and all.
The man at the front desk until 3 pm was EXTREMELY helpful to us with answering questions and setting up activities. He was very pleasant to deal with. Overall, the weather and the trip were very enjoyable.
