This is a beautiful, professionally decorated, end unit condo located in the heart of Duck, NC! Our home is on the 3rd floor with panoramic, ocean views from every window! You’ll be within walking distance of the wonderful shops and restaurants that this lovely town has to offer. Off of the living room you'll find a generous sized deck overlooking the ocean and ocean front pool. This community also has grills, basketball, tennis, pool side restrooms, and oceanfront showers and laundry facilities.

If you haven't been to the Outer Banks, now is the time! No high rises allowed. This keeps that serene landscape.....well.....serene! Family activities abound here including walking, jogging, and bicycle paths throughout. Walk to shops and restaurants in the village of Duck. Get an ice cream cone and enjoy the breathtaking sunset from the town pier. Canoe, jet ski, ATV tours, para-sailing, putt putt, go carts, outlet shopping and of course the lighthouse tours! On a cloudy day, start at the Corolla Lighthouse and work your way all the way down to the Ocrakoke Lighthouse catching the Bodie Island and Hatteras Lighthouses along the way! Ferry ride included at no extra charge! If you just like sand and salt air, grab a chair or two, a couple of cold drinks and park yourselves on the beautiful beach for a relaxing time. Don't forget Jockeys Ridge, the largest sand dune on the east coast! Bring a kite for one of the most amazing experiences ever.

  • The master bedroom features a queen bed with its own full bath, flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The hall has an alcove with a twin daybed overlooking breath taking views of the Atlantic, and another full bath. Hall alcove has a twin. I have put that this home sleeps 5, 2 in the master, 1 in the alcove and 2 on the sleep sofa. Keep in mind 2 adults or 2 teenagers would not be comfortable on a sleep sofa. If you wanted to put 2 small children on the sleep sofa, it would be fine. There is a Pack N Play at the home.

We can't express on how beautiful the place and views were. Eating on the balcony to long walks on the beach. I recommended this place to all my friends. The upkeep is remarkable. This is about the cleanest condo that I ever stayed in. Going to the sunset grille to eat and see the amazing sunset. Will be making a yearly vacation to this spot.

Pretty place in a pretty spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The size is perfect for a small family, had all appliances and dishes necessary for home dinners, and my daughter had a lot of fun with the kid-sized "table" in the corner. The owners are helpful and detailed. The view is wonderful and the location quiet (at least when we were there.) I have already recommended this to several friends and hope to return for years to come. The only "negative" is all those stairs!
Owner's Response: A perfect place for your getaway, whether a small family or empty nesters. Just think of the stairs as your workout, so you can have that extra treat.

Amazing Experience!

I have to admit that I was wary making a transaction over the internet without ever meeting the people I was dealing with, but Chris worked very closely with us to make sure that everything we needed was in reach. He was very honest about what to expect w/in the condo and in fact, our expectations were far exceeded. The condo was amazing, the views were priceless, the town was adorable. It was a a great first vacation with our 18 month old and it would have been perfect if it had just been the two of us as well. I can't say enough. If you are looking to stay in Duck, stay in this condo! The only thing I would avoid in this town is trying to find good pizza...but that could just be coming from a Chicagoian. :)

Lovely unit, great area!

This is a very nice unit with, as everyone has written before, great views! The beach is just a short walk away and we especially liked the fact that you can indeed walk to all the shops and restaurants in Duck. We brought our kayaks with us and had some great paddling trips; would recommend the condo and the area to all.

I just loved the View

My husband and I have been going to Duck for the past 6 years. We have stayed at different condos and we like this one the best. I loved the condo and the view so much that the stairs really didnt matter much. The town of Duck is so close that you can ride bikes or just walk. We will be coming back. Great place. Thanks.
