House, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 12-14)

Luxury Tahoe Keys Resort home. This property is a two-story, four bedroom, two and a half bath, 2500 square foot home with a private boat dock (short ride to open water) and three decks. The house is located on a quiet street with beautiful mountain and water views. Enjoy great sun, with quiet sitting areas, sun decks and private extra large spa on the deck. The house is fully furnished and sleeps twelve people. There are two family rooms so kids and adults can relax. The house is great for all ages, has games, DVD, VHS and inside stereo system.

The house comes with all the resort amenities the Tahoe Keys offers, including, indoor swimming pool, tennis, spa, harbor and boat rentals, private beach, volley ball, and basket-ball courts.

The views are magnificent. The house is located four miles away from Heavenly Ski Resort and downtown casinos.

We loved the house - my kids can't stop talking about going back next summer. They loved they had their own party room to play games. Great backyard, hot tub and dock to swim off. We will definitely be coming back next summer.

Property to stay away from

This property is no where near luxury as stated in description. It is dirty and needs a lot of repair both inside the home and outside. There are many items in the house that are very unsafe to include the stair rails that are very shakey, the decking that has nails sticking up and loose. There's mold in the master jetted tub and on the caulking around the tub and the kitchen sink. The carpets were filthy and the property was unsafe. I would not spend the money even though it is on a boat slip, there are other rentals that I'm sure in far better condition than this one.
