Keen birdwatchers will find plenty of viewing areas in and around the house for capturing shots of the colourful bird-slife which pervades the grounds, the garden waterfall and the mature trees in a very large garden The species are spectacular and the view in the valley is beautiful.

For example grab your camera and photograph groups of wild peacocks in the garden or the paddyfield at the bottom of the garden - the local villagers enjoy meeting and greeting our guests when they are out and about - they are all friendly and their beautiful children giggle with excitement. Your family and friends are local celebrities here. We have had our holiday home in rural South India now for the past 10 years. The house is a large and cool and you can do a workout each morning if you wish as we have a treadmill and an exercise cycle in a cool open room overlooking the garden.

Every guest is important to us and we work around what you want to do and not a timetable. You decide what time you want to take breakfast, lunch and dinner and staff will provide you with hot and cold drinks throughout the day either in the house, by the poolside or in the garden. work-out you may want to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and read the free daily newspaper in English or take a swim in the garden pool which is always well maintained.

During your stay - discus your plans with Mr Rajesh for trips out shopping, walking, sightseeing etc and everything will be arranged and organised for you. No struggling with local language etc. or if you simply want to stay at home and be waited on in a great climate with a fantastic read you just may want to stay at home in a wonderful environmernt enjoying the company of family and friends.

Indian roads are dangerous - very very dangerous but in the countryside you are much safer to enjoy morning walks and meet local people and get to know village life as it really is. The air is fresh and unspoilt by traffic.
