Brand new kitchen with granite counter tops, tile floor, country style breakfast area with view of water. Kitchen leads to large deck across back of house. Containing two picnic tables, lounge furniture and gas barbecue. Large patio overlooking pond. Formal dining room and large living room, both with water views. Ground-level living room with couch and multiple lounge chairs, a couch/futon combo, and game tables. All rooms have fans to promote the circulation of a fresh ocean breeze throughout the house. House is newly refurbished and redecorated: new carpets, furniture and a gourmet kitchen. The house has wireless Internet and is Air Conditioned.

Walk to Falmouth Heights Beach. Beach chairs are provided. The house is located on Miami Avenue with property owner traffic only. Very quiet.
