My husband and I wanted to find a serene, beautiful location that was quiet but wasn't too far from Vancouver. We found this home on Homeaway and it suited us perfectly.
The view really is staggering - it would be hard to find any other home that had a view like this. The view of the water just takes your breath away.
The home is a luxury log cabin and is decorated beautifully and comfortably. We spent hours on the deck overlooking the water, sipping wine, eating cheese, and firing up the BBQ. The rooms are quite large, and clean.
The owner asked us to be sure to keep it quiet at 10:00 pm and that was fine. We spoke to some of the neighbors and they were as nice as could be.
I would recommend this home to anyone. Treat it like your own. You'll have a terrific time.
