Four bedroom, three full bath house located within a mile from desirable Footbridge Beach. Contemporary Style house has been completely redone with bamboo floors, state of the art appliances, new premium linens, pillows, towels, ceiling fans in each room, Bose stereo system with plenty of CDs, Stainless steel gas grille and everything else you can think of!

House sleeps 10 guests comfortably in 4 bedrooms and a queen pullout sofa bed in the library.

House is less than a mile walk to Footbridge beach, and a convenient trolley stop is just an the end of the street!

Sit back in the library and read a book by the fireplace, or relax in the screened porch and play one of the many board games. The Ogunquit Beach house is a relaxing retreat with all the amenities you could need! About Tobey

I bought my home in Ogunquit in 2007 and have worked on it extensively over the last 5 years. I tend to use my home more in the off season as I enjoy the tranquility of Ogunquit. Someday, I plan to retire to the area. Ogunquit is a special place for me as my family used to vacation here when I was very young, each time I visit the town I remember family vacations.

Multiple public rooms [2 living areas, enclosed porch, sun deck plus a loft space!], Enclosed Outdoor shower with hot and cold water, Two High efficiency clothes washers and dryers [great for larger families that need to do laundry during vacation]. Free long distance calling, TV's with cable in most rooms, Skylights everywhere, kitchen with all modern appliances. All I can tell you is....You won't want to leave!

A great house for families. with 4 bedrooms, a library, dining room, screened porch, outside deck, loft area for reading and an additional living room....it's the perfect home for large groups.

A great landscaped yard with firepit, plenty of parking for 6 vehicles and everything is remodeled....you can't go wrong.

A short walk to footbridge beach (under a mile) and a location thats perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood.

My book club (8 women) spent the weekend at this wonderful house in Ogunquit. It was spacious, clean, had great amenities and was very nicely decorated. We loved it. The location was perfect. Close to the center of Ogunquit, a short drive to Perkins Cove and Kennebunkport. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this house.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

AMAZING STAY!

It was our first time in Maine and I came for my birthday with a few friends (8 total) and we stayed at this wonderful home! EVERYTHING that you could ever needs is here. very clean quiet neighborhood.

We had a blast over the 4 days we were there. beautiful master bedroom and bathroom, comfortable rooms throughout. Well equipped kitchen. We all felt very at home here, nothing weird or uncomfortable.

Just about half and hour from Portland and Scarborough, hour and a half from Boston. 10 minutes from The Maine Diner (seen on Food Network) :)

we had a great stay, and will definitely look into staying again over the summer months :)

Great place for a family get-together

The owners of this property were great to work with! We had a wonderful time with our four adult children and spouses. The screened in porch was the most used room in the house except maybe for the outdoor shower. There's nothing like enjoying the outdoors on a hot August evening after a quick rinse in the shower under the stars!

The walk to the beach was a little far, but since we were all adults (one 10 mos. old) we could stroll at our leisure and get some good exercise in. Lovely property!

Great Getaway!

A group of girlfriends and I spent a wonderful fall weekend at this clean and comfortable house in Ogunquit. The house had all of the amenities you needed to have a great weekend away, we were only sorry that we weren't able to spend more time lounging in all of the rooms!

Can't wait to go back.

We recently stayed at Ogunquit Beach House for a women's weekend - it was perfect! Very well equipped- the little touches here and there were very much appreciated! There was more than enough space to accomodate us and it was agreed that everything was very comfortable. We enjoyed the kitchen immensely as well- and took advantage of all of its amenities to cook a 'girl's night in' dinner. Thanks to Tobey and David for a wonderful weekend!
