Enjoy paradise in our beautiful, non-smoking, ground-floor Fairway Villas unit N2 on the 9th tee of the Waikoloa Beach Course. Relax with a view of the King's lake & the golf course. The unit includes a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, cherry cabinets & all the conveniences of home, including a washer/dryer. The unit sleeps 6. The master bedroom features a king bed, 20' TV, computer desk, & free high-speed wireless cable Internet access. The guest bedroom features 2 twins (can be converted to a king with a special device on request) & a 13' TV/VCR. The living room includes a queen sleep sofa, 27' TV, & VCR/CD/DVD player. We have beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs, boogie boards, even shovels & pails! The complex includes an infinity pool, lava-rock spa, gym, & BBQs. It's a 5-minute walk to the King's Shops & restaurants & just a 10-minute walk to 'A-Bay' beach.

Our unit N2 at The Fairway Villas is on the 9th tee of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, overlooking the King's Lake and the King's Shops. It's in a very quiet location in the complex, yet close to all amenities. Enjoy golfing, swimming in the infinity-edge pool, soaking in the lava-rock spa, working out at the pool-side gym, or grilling on gas BBQs with outdoor eating area, all on-site. Nearby you can go fishing, shopping (5-min walk), enjoy world-class restaurants as well as fast-food, sightseeing, spa, beauty salon, swimming at A-Bay beach, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, and biking. On-site concierge.

Beautiful condo - one of the nicest we've stayed in. Wonderful view & well-kept grounds. The bbq & pool area are very nice. We will put this on our "must" list for staying in Waikoloa.

We've just returned from the big island and stayed here in Wiakoloa. We were extremely pleased with the accommodation, especially the pool, the open-air fitness centre and bar-b-q areas. Sitting on the lanai with an evening drink was very relaxing. Will definitely return on our next visit.

We only spent a few days on the Big Island this
year, but your condo was the perfect place to get
away from the hustle and bustle of Kailua-Kona.
Waikaloa really has everything we needed and our
morning coffee stop was a short five minute walk
away!

My son,his wife and I spent a wonderful week in Unit 2N the last week in May. We have been coming to the Kohala coast for many years and mostly stayed at the Mauna Lani Condos.
This unit is very comparable and a great value. Everything went very smooth and the owner was very nice and very helpful.
I highly recommend staying there.
