We are the western corner unit on the bottom floor with easy access and unobstructed views of the beautiful sunsets of the emerald coast beach. Located on Hwy 30A between laid-back Seaside/Watercolors and beautiful Rosemary's/WaterSound Beach you are in the best area of the Florida’s Panhandle. This spacious unit has everything you could want in a fully updated, designer decorated, comfortable living space, wireless fast internet. Full floor to ceiling windows for a picturesque beachfront experience with a complete wrap-around private deck with two sliding glass door access. 'You-can’t-be-closer' accommodations, provides immediate access to the powder soft white sands and warm waters of the Emerald Coast from secure stairs off the deck with 2-car exclusive garage parking and extra spaces just under the unit. We are at the dead-end of a small road off of the 30A scenic road. We have a state park just 1/2 mile from the condo by beach or road. We have a 30 mile bike path along all of scenic 30a. Less than 2 miles from the town of Seaside. We have a lake that is just 300 yards along the beach for small children who want shallow water and no waves. This is as close to paradise as we can describe. Come visit and you will see.

  • Our weekly prices are 10-30% lower than rental companies and multiple property owner rentals in this exclusive area.
  • Please send $400 as a deposit on the week you have selected. When received we send a bill for the full amount of the bill including taxes (11%) and the cleaning fee ($130.) The full payment will be due by check 2 months before the rental week. The $400 then becomes a refundable security deposit, which is returned after your vacation stay if everything is in good shape.

Rates for this luxury Beachfront: Our rates are low for this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath unit because we are renting-by-owner. You can't beat it for luxury on the beach at affordable rates for family vacations. Units are right right next door and can be rented together for a total of 6 bedrooms. After 1 stay you will be hooked on our sugar white beaches with our you-can't-be-closer accommodations. Our previous renters prove it with 80% renewals -- so get your reservation in to join the other satisfied vacationers of the Sugar Dunes Condo E-mail us for testimonials from our renter comment book.

Area information: No new highrise hotels are allowed along the 30A highway stretch which boasts beautiful towns and unique communities. Walking, running, biking and in-line skating can be safely enjoyed along Deer Lake State Park only a few yards away as 30A has a full 25 mile off road bike path. Enjoy some world class golf courses, great shopping and still be able to get the kids to one of the many water/theme parks at nearby but crowded Panama City or Destin. Our complex is at the end of a quite street with secure parking and private 2 car garage off highway 30A.

We've been staying in Seagrove for years. A fantastic unit only steps from the beach and convenient yet private without the beach being crowded. We rode our bicycles to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
We cannot wait to spend another week at "Myers on the Beach" !!

We stayed in Myers on the beach for the week of the fourth of July. The condo was so spacious and even with five children we felt like we had plenty of room for everyone. We also enjoyed the games that were available -especially Trivial Pursuit for Dummies-for after we came in at night. It was great to walk right down to the beach and even with the purple flag up most of the week the water was still beautiful. We saw dolphins every day and even saw a beached pygmy sperm whale(that later died at gulf world, unfortunately). I would recommend this condo to any family that wants to enjoy a relaxing beach trip.

THE place to stay on Seagrove Beach! Located near Seaside, great restaurants, Goatfeathers fish market and Publix supermarket.  Extremely well equipped condo, beautifully furnished, great wraparound deck, beautiful views of gulf and step out on the beach! Our 5th time to stay here. Don't miss Cafe Thirty-A.

We loved Meyers on the Beach. We have stayed in other units at Sugar Dunes, but this was less expensive than renting from a rental agency and the first floor unit added greatly to our enjoyment. We loved all the seating on the deck - definitly our favorite place to hang out. The unit is nicely equipped, we did not want for anything. Seagrove is my favorite beach in the states. We will be back.

Love Love Love Myers on the Beach! We've stayed there for the past two years and have had great experiences! This year we saw dolphins almost every day, along with crabs, school of fish and stingrays. The condos truly are just steps from the beach and our kids (2 & 4) love the decor in "their rooms at the beach".
