This is a 16 Bedrooms, 18 bathroom, 20,000 square foot retreat with 450 feet of sandy beach frontage on an inland lake. It’s close to Traverse City, golf, skiing, fishing, and other attractions of the beautiful Grand Traverse region. Bedrooms all have 2 queen beds and full baths. There is also a full kitchen, dining room that seats 64, full recreation room, fitness center, etc. This building is rented in its entirety only.

Our family used this as an extended family retreat/vacation (36 people). We stayed the week of July 4th. Clean, well appointed, as described. Owner/manager is an easy person to work with, provided us with local catering, and boat rental facilities. These turned out to be as described.

Private beach is nice for kids, has shade for us old folks. Close enough to Traverse City to have easy day trips. Be sure to go into the wine country, and don't miss Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore.

We all had a great time. Cooked most of our meals on site. Well stocked kitchen.
