Come stay in a 4 season private home with a short walk to a beautiful association beach that has a sandy beach floor . The property features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a finished basement with sleep sofa and cable T.V. The kitchen is fully appliance and there is an eat in dining room and living room area. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of New Found Lake with golf, fishing, tennis, restaurants, and a state park. Boat slip for separate rental--it's $300for a weekly rental at the Newfound Lake Boat club. The fee is also discounted to $250 if you rent the property as well.

Need Boat Slip?: This is a great location in the center of the Lakes region of New Hampshire. Newfound Lake is great for relaxing at the beach, swimming, snorkeling, boating, and fishing. The house is a 5 minute drive to Wellington State Park which has a public boat launch, public beach area, picnic area, and hiking trails. The area also has golf courses nearby and outlet shopping in Tilton about 20 minutes away. Lake Winnipesaukee, Weirs Beach and the town Meredith is only 15 minutes away. Waterville Valley, Kankamagus Highway, and the White mountains are all within an hour drive.
