Notes: A mere 4 inch step to get into front door. No ground floor bedroom, but an infirm person could sleep in the spacious living room on the extremely comfortable couch. Back deck is only 4 inches down. All yard is level. No pets, no smoking in or outside of the property at all. No wild college crowds. Quiet neighborhood, year rounders. Longer term may be priced lower. Payment in full is expected at the time of lease signing, references etc. required. Additional beach and house photos soon will be on line, and available by email.
