Property is direct waterfront on the private sandy beach of Old Colony, come experience the true sensation of coastal living. Enjoy the beauty of your surroundings from the moment you wake up. If you are looking for a little more to do walk over to Hartford Ave with the kids and visit the Carousel, arcade, ice cream parlor, gift shops, snack stands, etc. For the adults looking for fun there are two water front beach bars on the next beach over with live music. In 30-45 minutes you could be at Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods. For the shopper in you there is outlet shopping in Westbrook and Clinton, and cute gift shopping in historic towns of Essex, Mystic, Stonington, Chester, and Madison. Other recommendations include, Mijoy fishing boat, Mystic Aquarium, and the local wineries at Chamard, Johnathan Edwards, and Stonington Vineyards.

We are going back for the 3rd Year in a row with our two children. They have met new friends and look forward to seeing them and playing in the sand, which is just steps from the house. Accomodations are comfortable, clean and gas BBQ is a plus! and This is truly a diamond in the sand., We hope to return for many years to come. Tom and Sue Lowney, LI New York.
