Photos and Description of the Copper Mountain vacation condo rental 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Sleeps 10, Max # guest is 8

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in The Lodge at Copper (the building has the best Ski-in/Ski-out at Copper). We are in a second floor flat. The building has an elevator, and parking in the building. The #1 bedroom has 2 queen beds, the #2 bedroom has a king bed, the # 3BR/Den has a single size bed, and a single size fold out bed. For additional sleeping accommodations, the living room has a queen-size sofa bed. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, large balcony, gas fireplace, Cable High Speed Internet, 4 TVs (1 is a 42-inch), HBO, 4 VCRs, and 4 DVDs. The building has a hot tub, Gas Grill, 3 saunas, washers and dryers. Our living room and alcove is a nice and large room, but could have been laid out better. We hope to be able to re-design these areas in September 2008. After completed we will have a nice size living and a den. The sleeping arrangements will be the same as before, but with more private. Two can sleep on the queen sofa bed in the living

    * Pets are Not allowed and No Smoking is allowed in the condo.
    * Check-in is not before 4:00PM and Check-out is by 10:00AM.
    No Early Check-In Or Late Check-Out.
    * We accept Checks, VISA, & MasterCard.
    * Add 5.775% Tax and $125.00 cleaning fee for when you leave.
    * Booking, a non-refundable Deposit of $100 is required. Balance is due one month prior to arrival date.
    * If Reservation is changed or canceled more than one month before arrival date $100.00 will be forfeited, or 50% of the rent if during the 30 days before the arrival date.
    * Eight Is The Maximum Number Of Guest Allowed
    * 4 nights is the minimum nights we book around holidays. 3 nights is the minimum number of nights
    we book otherwise, except for 2 nights to completely fill an opening in our rental schedule.
