Our family is from Delaware and we had a great time. I would recommed this property to anyone. I called and e-mailed the owners and within minutes I got a response on my questions. The owners have several chairs and beach toys for the kids and plenty of in door games too. The Corbliss's have done a great job on this rental. Wilmington N.Carolina is 55 minutes away and we took a segway and riverboat tour. 20 minutes away you are in Myrtle Beach with all the night life you can ask for. We traveled to a different area everynight for dinner. The little towns have there own special styles. Anything you need can be found at the Super Wal-Mart 15 minutes away. There is a little grocery store by the bridge but doesn't carry all things. The home made ice creams is to die for....don't leave with out trying some.

Affordable luxury!

This place is awesome! I fell in love upon entering the foyer. Warm and inviting-it felt like home. I love to cook and the kitchen design/appliances made me feel like I was on the Food Network! The condo is soundproof- I didn't hear any of the neighbors or any snoring from the other rooms! The beach is so clean and the water warm-I'll never go to Virginia Beach again. We rode bicycles everywhere. Good restaurants are in walking/biking distance and also found several in town. Anything you need is at the local Walmart. Local bars had live bands and everyone is friendly. Myrtle Beach, SC is about a 20 minute drive.
The owners have definetly put a lot of thought and care into the decorating and amenities. The condo is spotless and well kept. I went Labor Day week so there were not as many people on the beach or in town. We plan to go back at least once a year- with other friends and family- since it is so spacious.
This condo beats all others we've stayed at!
