Waterfront - Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. Fully furnished townhouse located at Samoset in beautiful Gilford, NH. Samoset is located right on the crystal clear waters of Lake Winnipesaukee. The beach, clubhouse and outdoor pool are all within easy walking distance. Close to Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain, restaurants and outlet shops. The unit is 1200+ sq. ft. with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, fireplace, screened in porch, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a BBQ. It sleeps 8 comfortably: Master bedroom (queen bed), 2nd bedroom (2 sets of bunkbeds) and a pull out queen size sofa bed in the living room. The complex is great for families and has many amenities including tennis courts, basketball court, and open fields for the kids to play. Enjoy the fresh air and incredible lake and mountain views.

A perfect vacancy

We enjoyed our vacation in this clean, big enough for our family of 4. Several activities are available just a few kilometers. Even the sea is less than an hour by car.
Back to NewHampshire ... I would not hesitate to rent this condo again. Clean, well maintained, well equipped, etc.. The owner gave us a very good service. We made the trip with the MS Mount Washikton very interesting and enjoyable. Have a beautiful day spent with family at Weirs Beach, not to be missed. We also visited Castel on the clound (interesting) and spent a day at Water Country. The only activity we did not on our schedule was the Fun Spot as we keep it for a rainy day, what we have not had.
In summary, a week full of fun and good weather.

Great place to stay during the summer months. Condo, Pool and Lake area are very clean and family oriented. We picked this place due to its close proximity to the Timberman 70.3 Ironman Event held in Ellacoya State Park. Local restaurants have good food and are family freindly. I highly recommend staying here for getaways, siteseeing, or plain relaxation.
