Our unit is fifth floor townhouse in the tower building with approximately 1,000 square feet of living space and two balconies. The living room and guest bedroom have a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico, and the master bedroom and balcony have a beautiful view of Phillips Inlet. Both bedrooms have queen beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is a TV in the living room and in both the bedrooms.

Pinnacle Port is located on the western end of Bay County in the enclosed community of Carillon Beach. There are shops and restaurants in Carrilon, as well as right outside the gated community. Privacy and seclusion is our trademark; yet we're close enough to all the daily activities of Panama City.

  • $780 to $1050/week
  • A $200 refundable deposit is required and must be mailed within 7 days of making reservations to hold reservations. Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure if no damage found in unit or if a valid cancellation notice is given at least 15 days in advance of vacation dates. Full refunds made for hurricane evacuations and emergency cancellations.

First Time To Carillon Beach

WOW! This is the first time I have ever rented a condo for a week on any beach. I usually stay in hotels. What a pleasant suprise! This is a very nice, cozy place to stay. It is also like a quiet, well kept secret. Here are a few pointers. Leave your dishes at home, you will not need them. There are plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans to cook with. There is a very nice grocery store right around the corner. Everyone is friendly. The beds have nice sheets and pillows, although, we brought our own as well. The coffee maker brewed a great cup of coffee. There is a nice little bar and grill on the property. Order a pizza during your stay. You will not be disappointed. And by the way, the beach is awesome. The owners are very friendly to work with. This was a four star stay!

Hated to leave

We absolutely loved our stay here! We had the beach view from the living area and the lake view from the master bedroom. We enjoyed the beach balcony in the mornings and the lake in the afternoon. It was very peaceful and away from all the traffic of PCB. Would recommend to everyone!!

I Beat the OIL ! Thank God

WOW ! this is a great condo located on a quiet beautiful part of the beach. My family and I had everything we needed in the condo to make it a great trip. I have four kids, most are teenagers, so you can imagine how demanding they might have been. Everybody was pleased, it had to be the best trip to beach since I was a kid. I recommend this location highly !

Great place to stay...

We have stayed at this condo for 3 years now and love everything about it. The recent renovations were an added bonus!! This is a very friendly community way off the busy beaten path of the normal beach traffic, but not so far that you didn't want to leave and go exploring. We have 2 kids (ages 15 and 11) who really enjoy the family vacations here. I have recommened this condo to friends all the time and we actually had my in- laws come down from Georgia and stay here with us this year because they hear us talking about it so much. The condo property is beautifully kept and well maintained. My husband and I are always surprised to see staff out consistantly with brooms and keeping things so clean. I always get quick responses from the owner and have never had issues from them.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
