Come and enjoy this newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ocean view condo, located on the 3rd floor in 'quiet' building three. Our unit has a fantastic view that overlooks the pool, ocean & interior grounds. Nestled in the heart of South Kihei. The complex is just steps away from the beach......

It is right across the street!

Our condo is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. It is extremely clean and like-new. Affordably priced for such a beautiful property.

Each building has it's own swimming pool, championship tennis courts and outdoor BBQ's. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and walking distance to the beach, outdoor markets, shopping, stores and restaurants.

Wailea's world famous golf courses, Gold, Emerald and Blue, are only 5 minutes away. Wailea is a high end resort area with hotels, gift shops, stores, a beautiful shopping village, restaurants, beaches and more.

Kahului airport is a 25-30 minute drive and there is a Safeway shopping center a couple miles north. The location is excellent.

About The Owner

Aloha, our names are Howie and Michele . We grew up in Seattle, Washington, but we now live on Maui- in Kihei. We have owned our condo at Maui Vista for 6 years. We have been very blessed with great guests and a great management company. Our guests have enjoyed our condo and it's fun to read the comments left behind in our guest book. Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help, and truly want each guest to have the best vacation possible!

Why The Owner chose Kihei

South Kihei is a great resort town, close to everything, right on the beach, small town, great swimming, walking and snorkeling beaches, all you truly need. It even has a boat launch- for snorkel and dive trips.

Maui Vista is an incrediably clean, well maintained complex. It has three individual buildings- each with it's own pool, tennis courts, and outdoor BBQ's. It is un-crowded, tropical setting. It is walking distance to stores/shops/restaurants. Our unit is located in building three, which is the farthest away from the road. So you have no road noise. Maui Vista is a concrete building, so it's quiet. Our unit overlooks the pools, tennis courts, and ocean.

What makes this condo unique

There is a nice 'beach path' that take you straight to the beach. It meanders through the swimming pools, tennis courts and grounds.

You can watch the sunsets off our lanai-It's nice to see them from the condo. This differs, as it moves around depending on time of year. The BBQ's are kept spotless. You can also see the sunrise above Haleakala in the early morning right outside our front door.

Priviledge to stay here

Three weeks in the sun and surf. We have had a wonderful time boogie boarding, snorkeling with the turtles, surfing, enjoying mangos and watching the sunset in the big mirror of the room! Oh and the beach & pool! Thank you very much for the priviledge of staying in your home once again!

Beach so close

Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home. It has everything a person could need. We loved waking up in the morning and having breakfast and coffee out on the lanai. It was great not having to go out to eat all the time. The beach chairs were great. It was nice to walk to the shops everyday and it was great to have the beach so close to walk to. We had an awesome dinner at Cafe Olei. We also went to the Polynesian Luau a couple miles down the street, it was amazing. We love Kihei. Thank you again for the use of your beautiful home.

Awesome Condo!

We had a great time. Beach chairs were great. It is so nice not to have to eat out all the time. We love Kihei, small beach town feel. We hope to bring our kid with us next time. We are due in October. Thanks for the use of your condo.

All the little Extra's

Wonderful Condo! Thank you for all the little extra's. We used the chairs everyday and enjoyed not having to eat out every meal. It's been a lovely week. We really don't want to go home. We visited nearly all the snorkeling spots from LaPerouse Bay north and have to say our favorite is Ahihi Bay, early. We also love the Pacific Whale Foundation Molokini trip and highly recommend to other guests. We saw many whales, dolphins and loved the snorkel. We look forward to returning to Maui- with our new baby! Next year or two.

Cozy Home Base
